Did you know that chocolate can have over 600 flavors?  If your typical chocolate experience is with the average supermarket brand or Halloween-size chocolate bar, then you are in for an eye-opening and palate expanding experience.

Learn about the new bean-to-bar craft chocolate movement that recently started in the U.S.  Los Angeles's start-up chocolate makers David and Corey Menkes of LetterPress Chocolate will tell us what is different about this new chocolate.

Founded in 2014, LetterPress Chocolate is a microbatch bean-to-bar chocolate company which features single-origin, and in many cases single-farm cacao from around the world. Find out how they discover and work with cacao farmers in diverse locations such as Guatemala and the Dominican Republic. 

There will be desserts and samples to try and chocolate to buy for Valentine’s Day.
