Shake Shack, part of the growing family of Cornell-alum developed restaurants, is coming to Los Angeles!

The iconic New York burger chain, headed by CEO Randy Garutti '97 is opening its first California location in West Hollywood (at 8520 Santa Monica Blvd.) sometime in the late spring. West Coast operations are being overseen by Regional Director of Operations Jonathan Vandegrift ’02. (Both Garutti and Vandergrift are graduates of the School of Hotel Administration.)
To generate excitement about the opening and whet Angeleno appetites for their high quality burgers and fries, Shake Shack is having a one-night-only pop-up restaurant inside of Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo’s seafood restaurant Son of a Gun on Monday, January 25.
Please come by and welcome Shake Shack and Jon Vandergrift to Los Angeles.
