Finish your taxes a few days early to attend this year's Day at the Races. Help recoup any potential tax losses in this most pleasurable way. Join us again for another magnificent day of Thoroughbred racing at Santa Anita Park, arguably the most prestigious race track in the country.

We will be in the renown Private Turf Club, home to royalty, world leaders and celebrities during the track's 70-plus year history. Enjoy dining at private outdoor terrace tables under the grandstand roof only yards from the finish line. The event price includes valet parking, Turf Club admission, a copy of the racing program, choice of one of five select entrees, soft drinks and gratuity.

We trust that one of the ten races on the program that day will be named in honor of CCLA. That means that two lucky Club members will be able to stand with the winning horse in the Winner's Circle for photographs!!  Also, if items are available, the club will  do their best to give each attendee a promotional item, as a special remembrance of the day.

The first race goes off at 12:30 p.m. with each successive race at approximately 30-minute intervals. Art Hershey, former head of human resources and community PR for 15 years at Santa Anita, will help host the day with limited tours and handicapping explanations.
