Reality Television dominates the networks and cable stations.  Very unique rules and legal issues confront these shows at rapid pace while ethical issues abound at every turn.  This webinar will address the ethical and legal issues which production counsel confront on a regular basis.  From drafting participant releases and other clearance concerns to understanding Network Standards, and FCC Regulations as well as issues concerning how to draft the basic rules for competition shows.  Ethical issues concerning who among the many producers, production staff members, network brass and even reality show contestants can be deemed as your "client" in assorted contexts will also be discussed.

Attendees will be eligible to receive up to 1 hour of NY CLE credit in Ethics (CA CLE credit pending).  Attorneys in other states may apply for reciprocal CLE credit.
