CCLA Kundalini Yoga At Hollywood Forever

Location: The Eastern Star Room @ Hollywood Forever Cemetery

Come for the Yoga, stay for the Yogi Tea! Walk around the cemetery and see the famous people who rest there!

Kundalini is known as the FUN yoga. It involves chanting, singing, and breathing with exercises and repetitive poses. Kundalini guides us in reacting to the ups and downs from a more neutral headspace.

This class will be taught by Victoria Goodhart in the very cool setting of Eastern Room of the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Victoria is a certified yoga and meditation instructor with 30 years of experience. A former recurring guest star on the soap opera, “Days of Our Lives,” Victoria was an adjunct professor in the film department at Massachusetts College of Art.

Our host Lynn Allinger, Hotelie, Class of 1974, became a working musician for the first 15 years after graduating; She retired from 20 years of teaching/ reading specialist work in San Diego County in 2019 and moved to Burbank to become an actor.

There are some yoga mats and leather cushions available, but it is recommended to bring your own mat and water.
