Learn about Ellie’s fascinating career in the world of food and nutrition that took her from a degree in clinical nutrition at Cornell University to hosting and producing several television series, becoming a noted food columnist, and authoring seven cookbooks.
 
Her newest cookbook, which is being released on October 15th is a WHOLE IN ONE: Complete, Healthy Meals in a Single Pot, Sheet Pan, or Skillet. It focuses on helping rein in the chaos in the kitchen while providing healthy, tasty and nourishing meals. Ellie will share with us why she decided to write this book and her process for creating a new cookbook.

Cornell alum Ellie Krieger is the host and executive producer of the public television show Ellie's Real Good Food, and formerly host of the Food Network's hit show Healthy Appetite. She has received two James Beard Foundation awards and an International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) award, and she is a two-time New York Times bestselling author. In addition, she is a registered dietitian who holds a degree in clinical nutrition from Cornell and a master's degree in nutrition from Columbia. She lives in New York City with her husband and daughter.
