Los Angeles Public Library Docent Tour of the Central Library and Octavia Lab

Join us for a special tour of the landmark Central Library, exploring the historic 1926 Bertram Goodhue Building and the striking Tom Bradley Wing with its eight-story atrium and whimsical chandeliers.
 

We’ll also visit the Octavia Lab, a hands-on creative maker space featuring demonstrations of tools like 3D printers, audio equipment, and design software.
 

We’ll split into two groups for this engaging experience.

$10 per person for CCLA Members. 
$25 per person for non-members

Parking: 

Metered street parking or garage nearby for the Westlawn Garage at 524 South Flower Street. Parking validation available at the library’s Information Desk (first floor) WITH LIBRARY CARD, otherwise market rates apply. Validated Rates: $1.00 Flat Rate on Saturdays between 9:30am and 5:30pm

Market Rates: $4.00 per 10 minutes, $40.00 Maximum Daily
